1. Do you have any onboarding or commitment terms?

No, we don’t believe in onboarding fees or contract commitments. We stand behind our product and if it’s not benefiting your business you are welcome to cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time prior to its billing date.

2. How does your email software work?

Our users have the ability to two-way email sync Outlook and Gmail. Simply go to settings > profile > scroll to the bottom of the page > select email provided > sign in to sync your account. Users also have a secondary option to utilize their own custom Mailgun domain to enhance email delivery. Mailgun is an optional software utilized to help filter emails out of spam folders.

3. Are the phone numbers utilized for texting local to each agent?

Yes, we provide local phone numbers for better client response. During the onboarding process, we ask each user to rank their top three area code choices.

4. How long is your onboarding process?

Our onboarding process takes 1-3 business days. We completely build out your pipeline, automated campaigns, open house lead generation, and dashboard set-up. Once your account is live, all you need to do is input contacts, log into social media accounts, sign in to two-way sync your email, and get to work.

5. Can I use my own digital business card?

Absolutely! Just email your digital business card link or image to hello@hously.com and we will update your Hously introduction automation to reflect your agent-provided digital business card.

6. How customizable is everything?

Our CRM is extremely customizable. As a user, you are welcome to create new, edit, or build campaigns, workflows, and pipelines. We have an extensive knowledge base to help walk you through every step. In addition to our live chat and email support team.

7. Do you integrate with Realtor.com, Zillow, etc?

Yes, via our Hously Zap on Zapier you can sync with 5,000+ different applications. Contact our desktop support team to learn more.

8. Do you have a real estate IDX included?

No. Our company was built by real estate agents, we recognize it is not a necessity in our business to utilize an IDX platform or pay for one. In addition, the third-party IDX platforms are far inferior to the MLS client portals. Cutting out IDX fees allows us to keep costs low and pass the savings on to our users. However, we do offer website landing page templates that our agents can customize and link to their own Flexmls portal.

9. What is your refund policy or how do I update my billing?

No refunds upon purchase or processed monthly renewal, month-to-month subscription, cancel anytime.
